Tui Na for Health

Acupuncture, Tui Na Massage, Sports Injury Therapy, Chinese Herbs, Dietary Advice and prescribed Qi Gong exercises are available at the Clinics in Hereford and Ross-on-Wye – home visits are available by arrangement for those unable to leave their homes.

At times in our lives we become ill – physically, mentally or emotionally. When these periods in our lives occur we instinctively turn to the system of health care that we are most familiar with – the NHS or a private medical company. But what happens when this form of health care doesn’t meet our expectations? Many people have been helped in Hereford, Ross-on-Wye and Swansea with a combination of Acupuncture, Deep Tissue Massage, Chinese Herbs, Dietary Recommendations and Qi Gong exercises.

At this point many people start looking for ‘complementary’ or ‘alternative’ medicine. Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), including Acupuncture, Tui Na, Chinese Herbs and Qi Gong, has been around for at least 2,500 years and is probably the most comprehensively documented form of medicine in the world.

David provides the 5 main aspects of Traditional Chinese Medicine

  • Acupuncture
  • Tui Na (‘twee-nah’)
  • Qi Gong (‘chee-gong’)
  • Chinese Dietetics – dietary therapy
  • Chinese Herbs

“I’ve had loads of physio and massage in the past and Tui Na is the only treatment that has got my back problem under control, all the pain is gone and I’ve got my flexibility back. Not only that but I feel fantastic in myself for days after the sessions, it takes away all my stress. Thank you.”

Mark, Swansea Acupuncture & Tui Na

I’ve had problems with my right knee for years since having a stroke in my twenties. After one treatment I was able to walk and bend my knee and I haven’t limped since.Totally amazing, thank you David.

Victoria, Sligo, Eire Acupuncture & Tui Na

After a car accident 7 years ago I had whiplash. The osteopath at the time couldn’t fix it and I’ve had to live with pain coming and going since. Then I received a treatment from David and I can’t get over the difference to my neck, all my friends are telling me my colour has returned and I’m standing straighter. I feel so much better, thank you.

Karin, Swansea Tui Na

Top qualities: Great Results, Personable, Expert. I have hired Dai from a Health and Wellbeing perspective, utilising his Tui Na and Acupuncture skills. He is personable and engaging; able to explain his assessment of your needs and the benefits of his recommendations very clearly. The sessions I had worked well leaving me feeling refreshed in the first instance and free from the irritation of Hay Fever in another. I regularly recommend (even to alternative medicine sceptics) a chat and session with Dai.
