At times in our lives we become ill - physically, mentally or emotionally. When
these periods in our lives occur we instinctively turn to the system of health care
that we are most familiar with - the NHS or a private medical company. But what
happens when this form of health care doesn't meet our expectations?
At this point many people start looking for 'complementary' or 'alternative' medicine.
Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), including Acupuncture, Tui Na, Chinese Patent
Herbs and Qi Gong, has been around for at least 2,500 years and is probably the
most comprehensively documented form of medicine in the world.
As mentioned above there are 5 main aspects to TCM:

- Chinese Herbs
